If you access, use and subscribe to this Website, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with all these terms and conditions.

We intend to be operational online 24/7. However, due to the nature of the Internet we cannot, and do not, guarantee that this site or our service will always operate as intended. We take reasonable efforts and precautions to try and maintain operation of the site and availability of the services at all times. All information in ChemScore is based on publicly available information and data sourced from official databases, the companies’ own websites and other available information sources in the public domain. All information has been gathered, compiled, assessed and published by ChemSec with the purpose of providing an overview of the ranked companies’ performance in terms of their chemicals management. While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained on this site has been obtained from reliable sources, ChemSec is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. All information on this site is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Use of ChemScore will be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. By using ChemScore you agree to the aforesaid and you also agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and ChemSec will be brought exclusively in front of the Swedish courts.
